  • September 26th - 261 lbs, 3 lbs this week! I'm amazed
  • September 19th - 264 lbs, No loss this week . . . but that's OK
  • September 12th - 264 lbs, Yahoo! 2 lbs this week!
  • September 5th - 266 lbs, lost another lb whoohoo!
  • August 29th - 267 lbs, Wow, I managed to lose another lb even while on vacation last week!
  • August 22nd - 268 lbs, On Vacation!
  • August 15th - 268 lbs, down another 1lb
  • August 8th - 269 lbs, still holding steady
  • August 1st - 269 lbs, holding steady
  • July 25th - 269 lbs, back in the right direction
  • July 18th - 270 lbs, no change this week!
  • July 11th - 270 lbs, WOW 5lbs this week . . . it all balances out in the end!
  • July 4th - 275 lbs, Goose egg this week!
  • June 27th - 275 lbs, another 1 lb lost!.......!
  • June 20th - 276 lbs, another 1 lb lost!...slow and steady....!
  • June 13th - 277 lbs, another 1 lb lost!...better than a 1 lb gain!
  • June 6th - 278 lbs, another 2 lbs lost! Like my mother in law says "crumbs make break"...I've lost about 1/2 a loaf.
  • May 30th - 280 lbs,Wow! 4 Lb this week, back to running without any pain!
  • May 23rd - 284 lbs,another 1 Lb this week, surprisingly (see the fat man's diary section and you'll understand)
  • May 16th - 285 lbs,another 2 Lbs this week and another notch on the belt....
  • May 9th - 287 lbs,2 Lbs this week, thanks to my wife....
  • May 2nd - 289 lbs,1 Lb this week, Suffered a leg injury and couldn't run.
  • Apr 25th - 290 lbs,0 Lbs this week. Ran 23 Kms this week think I put on some muscle in the legs.
  • Apr 18th - 290 lbs,6 Lbs in 1 week, Thank God! I thought I'd plateaued.
  • Apr 11th - 296 lbs,disappointed!, I worked out way to hard this week to pull a zero.
  • Apr 4th - 296 lbs,4 lbs! I'm back on track. Switching things up jolted my body back into the losing phase. Check out what I did on the Fat man's Diary page
  • Mar 28th - 300 lbs,No loss this week :0( ... Oh well, back to the drawing board!
  • Mar 21st - 300 lbs,I did it! I reached 300 lbs before March 28th!... I lost 42 lbs in 11 weeks....1 week ahead of schedule!
  • Mar 14th - 305 lbs, 5 lbs and a new hole on the belt, what more could I ask for?
  • Mar 7th - 310 lbs, AWESOME! That's my biggest weight drop in 6 weeks....
  • Feb 29th - 314 lbs, Yes!, Another 3 lbs drop this week. Zeroing in on my target of 300 lbs by March 28th
  • Feb 22nd - 317 lbs, Wow 3 lbs this week....I made 1 small tweak this week (read about it here)
  • Feb 15th - 320 lbs, 2 lbs again, that's 2 lbs per week for the past 4 weeks!
  • Feb 8th - 322 lbs, 2 lbs again, that's 20 lbs down. Only 22 lbs to go in the next 7 weeks .... Yikes!
  • Feb 1st - 324 lbs, 2 lbs again this week...gotta shake it up from here on if I'm going to hit 300 lbs by March 28th
  • Jan 25th - 326 lbs, Only 2 lbs this week, I guess birthday party food is not as good for a diet as I thought...
  • Jan 18th - 328 lbs, YES! The hard work paid off. Lost 9 lbs in one week
  • Jan 11th - 337 lbs, my second weigh-in. WOW! I lost 5 lbs in only 4 days.
  • Jan 7th - 342 lbs, the date of my official weigh-in. My weight was an all time high.
